DC Sniper John Muhammad was pronouced dead at 9:11pm in Virginia this evening.
What do you guys think about Capital Punishment?
In 2002 the DMV experienced horrible on-going sniper attacks. These were the most tedious 3 weeks of my life because I was in high school and I had to walk to the bus stop. News reporters warned pedestrians to walk in a zig zag motion and not to "hangout." When 13 year old Iran Brown got shot outside of Benjamin Tasker Middle School...schools were alerted all over PG County and many parents flooded the schools to pick up their children.
Overall damage....10 people were killed...3 were wounded.
Maybe now the DMV can breathe.
